The Chapel of St Barbara is on the edge of Maribor, or it was in 1957 when I made this pencil sketch on a scrap of paper. I'm certainly no artist and had completely forgotten this relic. I found it, quite accidently, when it dropped out of an old magazine I was about to scrap. It brings back a memory and I am pleased to find that St Barbara, built 1681, still stands.
