The adjustments depend entirely on the difference between the ratings. It is exactly the same for teams (or players) with high ratings as those with low ratings. No advantage can be gained by playing others with much higher or much lower ratings than themselves. No disadvantage can occur either.

What one team gains is counter-balanced by what its opponent loses. Thus the whole Glind Rating System maintains equilibrium. There are just so many points to be shared out overall, and they are shared out according to each team's performance.
